Great topic idea samspade.

So, here I am, back after a short week off internet. Going back to college in 4 days, and I just dyed my hair blonde LOL. Trying to find something to update the Poppy Petal with, I HATE leaving the site unupdated, arg !

Back to college in 4 days? Eeek. I don't miss those days! Though summer off is really nice Of course I'm getting my summer off but for all the wrong reasons (healing from my foot surgery and slowly growing my business).

Do you know what you're majoring in?

I took my job for 2 days and I'm already tired probably because I decided to break my contract within 1 month, I go to New York as a Nanny for 3 months and if all goes well I sign 1 year, or forever depending on me and I stress everyday leave France for NY is a dream will become reality

English ! I would love to translate books/movies from english to french and/or teach french in Canada/United States/Australia. That would be cool.

@sofia : hey don't stress, I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun and France sucks so it can't be worst than here

I can't imagine France is that bad? Just being somewhere else seems so much better, I can understand that idea

SamSpade yes it's very exicting but I'm just a little anxious

I can definitely understand why it would be a little scary and you'd feel anxious. I visited Australia for 2 weeks and had a panic attack on the flight there, it's not easy going somewhere so far away! It's even harder when you're coming here to live and work. I'm sure you'll do great though

I take school on the internet so i'm always on I take high school classes and some college classes I don't know why I have two different schools and alot of teachers I hate it my mom makes me take college classes and high school but best part i'm homeschooled!!! And have a lot of friends I still go to public school on wednesday and fridays!!

Well its not that bad, I mean I'm glad I was born ahere nd not in a middle of nowhere, I'm aware I'm lucky compare to other people and I love Paris, will always do BUT to me it kinda is a old fashion country and you always wanna see something different from where you grew up.

Nothing to be impressed at, I'm still doing a LOT of mistakes with my english, I am so far from my dream job, but still I'm working on it

You make me feel even more fear with panic flight, not serious I have already nanny was in Honolulu last year for 3 months and I was not anxious and now for NY I'm, anyway the choice is already now have to take and give the best of me to succeed enjoyyyyyyyy

Sophia don't panic you'll do great. It's awesome that you've been to Hawaii for three months to be a nanny. It's great how much you get to travel and see so many different cities. I've never been to NYC, always wanted to go though. You'll have to tell us all how it is

Feerie you do a really great job with English, it's not your native language and you write it fluently! That is something to be proud of. My dream job used to be running Warner Bros or CBS, just so I could tell them what shows should be on the air! LOL I wised up for awhile doing admin work until I couldn't stand it (or the incredibly wealthy people that forced me to do the most bizarre job tasks--making eggs for them, buying them wine, returning their purchases to the store).

Moving home is what eventually led me to doing photography. Not having any expenses (other than my photo ones) and wanting to do something I love. Plus my bro and sister-in-law really pushed me into doing photography as a career. I used to shoot photos for hours of my niece and family members. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE it but I never thought anyone in my family would support me with it let alone anyone would buy MY photos. Quite surprising when they did! I still haven't made a lot at it (barely anything) but it's a start and it's fun. When I'm behind the camera, everything just feels right.

I like travel is a good thing learn another culture,see other country,meet different people

Hey everyone I'm going to Holland in two weeks so I may not be on for 30 days after but I while still be checking on here once in awhile or so I'm going with my Oma(Grandmother) to see family and I hope I don't miss much on here! I hope everyone wishes me luck haven't been to Holland sinces I was 8 yrs. old HAHA!!
